Oriental Sports Center is a large public swimming and sports complex in Pudong, on the Huangpu riverfront near the former Expo site, right beside Oriental Sports Center metro station on Metro Lines 6, 8 and 11. Built for the 2011 World Swimming Championships, it houses a ten-lane 50m indoor competition pool, a training pool, a diving pool, and an open-air summer water-play area. Indoor swimming costs around ¥60 per session; the outdoor pool, open late June to late August, is ¥20 to ¥25. Bring your passport and a swim cap.
