Villa Le Bec (Bund City Hall)

Villa Le Bec is an all-day French restaurant that has left its Changning villa and reopened inside the restored Bund City Hall, a neoclassical 1914 building a block from the Bund in Huangpu, Shanghai. The new multi-floor setup runs an all-day bistro and cafe on the ground floor, a more refined French restaurant upstairs, wine and event spaces above, and a cellar for imported French wines below. It is a grand, all-day way to eat French near the river, from a morning pastry to a proper dinner.
