Tuttù is an Italian bistro tucked into a lane off Yanping Lu in Jing'an, Shanghai, from Chef Giorgio, who also runs Hazel. The cooking is produce-driven and generous by local standards, built around balance rather than showmanship. The wine program is a real part of the draw, so it works equally for a full dinner or a couple of glasses with a plate to share. The room is casual but considered, small enough to feel personal. It opened recently and has been filling up on weekends, so booking ahead is sensible. Open evenings, later Thursday through Saturday.
