Morena by Azul (莫雷纳蓝色餐厅) is a Latin American and Mediterranean restaurant in the Shankang Li development on Kangding Road, Jing'an. It comes from Peruvian restaurateur Eduardo Vargas, whose original Azul dates to 2003, and serves small plates, ceviche, charcoal-cooked seafood paella and a weekend brunch with a free-flow drinks option.
