The Megaformer Lab

The Megaformer Lab is a Lagree megaformer pilates studio in Jing'an, with a second location in Xintiandi. Classes are 45-minute group sessions on spring-resistance Megaformer machines, a higher-intensity cousin of classic reformer pilates. It is one of the more expat-friendly options in the city, with a bilingual team and booking through its WeChat mini-program. A ten-class pack works out around 268 yuan a class, and first-timers can try two classes for roughly 99 to 149 yuan. Grip socks are required and sold at the studio.
