Designed by John Portman and opened in 1990, its three towers house offices, serviced apartments, shops, restaurants, and The Portman Ritz-Carlton hotel around the theatre. The Shanghai Acrobatics Troupe performs nightly, with tickets usually priced from ¥180 to ¥380. The complex faces the Shanghai Exhibition Centre and sits above Jing'an Temple Station on Metro Lines 2, 7, and 14.
