Olive Branch Fitness is an English-speaking personal training and group fitness studio at Suite 5C, 831 Xinzha Lu, Jing'an. Founded by an expat, it runs every session in English: small group classes, HIIT, strength and conditioning, plus one-on-one personal training and nutrition coaching. Drop-in classes cost 150 to 200 RMB, and class packs bring the per-session price down to roughly 120 RMB. The vibe is closer to a small community than a commercial gym; coaches learn your name and your old injuries. Sessions run on a class schedule rather than open gym hours, so message ahead before showing up.
