Lefit (乐刻运动) is a 24-hour, no-contract budget gym chain with more than 200 locations across Shanghai and over 2,000 nationwide. You join through the Lefit app, pay month to month with packages commonly between about 129 and 239 RMB depending on the store, and scan a QR code on the door to let yourself in at any hour. Inside you get cardio machines, free weights and a functional training area; group classes are bookable in the app and personal training is priced per session. The trade-off is space: most branches are compact and skip the showers. If you just want somewhere to lift at 11pm without a contract, this is that.
