El Paisa is a Mexican taco restaurant in Jing'an, chef Marco Chavez's spot that relaunched in 2026 as a Sundays-only, all-you-can-eat taco session at AUNN on the second floor of Building 5, Lane 273 Jiaozhou Lu near Yanping Lu. For 188 RMB you eat your way through al pastor, birria and whatever else the flat-top is turning out that week, in a room that fills with regulars who clearly got the memo early. One day a week only, so book or arrive early; treat it as a proper Sunday ritual rather than a casual drop-in.
