FLAIR is a rooftop bar and restaurant in Lujiazui, Pudong, on the 58th floor of the Ritz-Carlton Shanghai Pudong, with an open-air terrace that looks almost straight across at the Oriental Pearl Tower, close enough that the lights color your table. Dinner runs nightly from 5:30pm, with terrace dinner packages from 1,680 RMB for two and cocktails around 200 RMB. Book a terrace table ahead, especially in the warm months, and time it for sunset so you get the skyline in both lights. Dress up a little; the room expects it.
