Changning Natatorium

Changning Natatorium, also known as Changning Warm-Water Swimming Pool, is a long-running municipal indoor pool on Yuyuan Road, about 200 meters from Jiangsu Road metro. It has a 25 by 15 meter standard pool and a small children's pool, with water kept at a warm 26 to 28°C year-round. The building is older but well-kept, and the early crowd consists of unhurried regulars. Expect around ¥20 to ¥40 per session, booked through the WeChat mini-program 来沪动·健身地图 rather than at the door. Bring your passport and a swim cap.
