Kimpton Qiantan is a design hotel in Qiantan, Pudong, with a 28-meter rooftop infinity pool, open to non-guests on a day pass, set in a tropical garden with skyline and West Bund views. Non-guests can buy a day pass for one of two daily sessions, 299 RMB on weekdays (399 for two adults) and 499 RMB on weekends; book at least a day ahead through the hotel's WeChat mini-program, where the interface switches to English. One of the more photographed hotel pools in the city right now, and a genuine splurge for a summer afternoon.
