Sleep No More Shanghai Farewell Season: Final Shows to August 30
Sleep No More Shanghai plays its final performance on August 30, 2026, closing a ten-year run of 2,670 shows at the McKinnon Hotel in Jing'an, and the farewell season is the last chance to walk its masked corridors.
The goodbye program brings back three themed limited runs, adds carnival booths, invited guests, midnight special performances and two ten-year farewell parties. From July 15, the free 拾梦画廊 memories exhibition opens to the public with over a hundred behind-the-scenes photos, themed posters and original props from the decade.
The production, co-created by Punchdrunk and SMG Live, has played to more than 750,000 people since December 2016. A new Shenzhen edition is planned for 2027, but this address and this staging close for good. Tickets are sold per entry slot and are non-refundable; recent seasons ran roughly ¥590 to 990 depending on session, and farewell dates are selling fast.
